What’s in the box?

We offer a variety of boxes for all types of Disney fans! The element of surprise is what makes subscription boxes so fun! There's no telling what you might find from month to month. The items will vary greatly but on average you can expect to find an assortment of merchandise that may come from any of the Disney Parks, Disney Store, Disney Resorts Downtown Disney or from one of our many Disney suppliers! Since Disney now owns the Star Wars franchise, there may be occasions when you receive a Star Wars item in your subscription box as well.

Does everyone get the same items in their shipment?

Usually. Most of the time everyone will get the same type of items but may occasionally receive different variations of them. So, for instance, you may get a shot glass with Mickey and someone else may get one with Dopey. Everyone gets a shot glass, everyone may not get the same character.

How do I place an order?

What payment and currency types are available?

We accept all major credit cards as well as paypal payments. Additionally, at this time we only accept USD.

How do I cancel?

Our packages can be canceled at anytime (although we don't think you'll want to). Simply send us an email to support@waltlife.com.

We put a lot of time and effort into preparing your magical subscription at WaltLife! If you do not use the "Skip Next Renewal" feature or request and complete the cancellation process by the 1st of the current month, your credit card will be charged and your next month's subscription will be on it's way.

When will I get my order?

Your first box should ship within 1-3 days. Since we are a family owned business, we do our best to provide unmatched personalized customer service every step of the way. If you ever have any questions about your order, we are always here to answer them and do our very best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order and ordering experience from beginning to end - just ask our customers.

Can I return or exchange my item if I don't like it?

Due to the custom nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns nor can we exchange any items. However, if you receive the wrong item, or it's damaged, we will be happy to replace it free of charge. Please send support@waltlife.com an email if you have any concerns. The sooner we know about it, the quicker we can rectify the problem.

Do you do custom orders?

But of course! We can take any of our designs and create a custom size for you. Need a super huge one for your RV? No problem! Need a super small one for your tablet or electronic device? No problem! I heard you have tons of pins for sale...where are they?

It's true...we have thousands of pins. However, we do not list all of them due to inventory. So instead, we created two products that we know you'll love. You may either shop our store's grab bag or you can sign-up to receive a new collectors pin every month through our subscription plan.

I ordered two items and I've only received one?

This is not uncommon. If you order a decal and just about any other item from our website your items will ship separately. This is because we ship different products separately. However, you will receive all your purchased items. Oftentimes, they will arrive within a day or two of each other.

How do I apply my decal?

Applying vinyl decals isn’t difficult, but if it’s your first time we have some pointers that can lead to a quick and easy application. The vinyl arrives in a three-layer sandwich. The decal will be visible through the backing paper, which resembles masking tape. There’s also a protective layer over the sticky side of the decal. You’ll need to remove that protective layer just before you apply the decal, but you’ll leave the masking tape layer attached to the FRONT of the decal until it’s fully applied. You’ll apply both the decal and its masking tape backing to the car, then peel away the masking tape backing.

If the decal is large, we recommend measuring and making some masking tape guide marks on the car to make sure the decal goes on straight. If you’re applying on the front or back of the car, measure from side to side to find the center point on both the car and the decal. The vinyl will not stick as well to any oil or waxy surface. Use a little rubbing alcohol to clean the area where the decal will be applied. If you’re applying the decal to glass, Do Not use Windex or other ammonia based cleaners; the ammonia interferes with the adhesive. For small decals, smooth the decal down onto the glass with your finger. For larger ones, use a credit card or other flat plastic as a squeegee to smooth the decal down against the surface of the car. Move slowly along the length of the decal, rubbing in an up and down direction (top to bottom) on long decals, and moving from one side to the other. If the decal is longer than a foot or so, stick the middle of the decal down first, then rub towards one end. Then go BACK to the middle and rub towards the opposite end. This should reduce the chance of your decal wrinkling.

The last step is to CAREFULLY remove the masking tape backing. Sometimes the decal will want to stick to the backing more than the car (good cleaning with alcohol will reduce the chances of this). If this happens, use your finger to anchor the decal in place while you lift the decal off.
